Does the FA product have its own brand?
Answer

Yes, there are several FA product brands including innovative product brands such as TORO1. In addition, FA offers many boutique products made in Taiwan. In addition to investing in the development and manufacturing of products, FA also offers products from partner factories and Taiwan's excellent manufacturers.

Does FA products provide product labels?
Answer

Yes, our products can be customized with labels, but there may be additional fees for special specifications or colors.

Does FA products provide customized packaging?
Answer

Yes, we can help customers customize packaging, but there are minimum quantity requirements for customized packaging and additional fees for die-cutting and plate/film fees.

What are the shipping terms provided by FA?
Answer

We basically provide FOB Taiwan shipping trade terms, but we also provide Ex Works shipping terms. If customers need to inquire about shipping costs, we are also happy to assist in providing a quote for reference.

What is the minimum shipping amount for FA?
Answer

FA does not have a minimum shipping amount, but smaller shipment amounts may incur additional handling fees to cover our basic export expenses and operational costs.

What payment terms does FA offer?
Answer

We offer a payment term of 30% deposit and 70% final payment before shipment. Please use wire transfer for payment. If there are other requirements, we are also happy to negotiate and adjust with customers. For small payments, we also accept PayPal payments, but additional handling fees may apply.

What are FA's shipping methods and delivery times?
Answer

FA currently offers shipping methods including full container sea freight, LCL sea freight, regular air freight (air cargo), and express air freight (DHL/EMS services).
FA's delivery period starts from the order confirmation (including deposit payment) until the customs clearance date. It usually ranges from 30 to 90 days and may vary depending on the product type, inventory status, and production schedule. For developed products, the delivery time will be provided separately.

Does the website offer online shopping?
Answer

We're sorry, but currently FA's website does not offer online shopping. All orders need to be quoted separately and formed into a contract.
